The Switches on the Yoke are also operative, the Trim Switches, the AP Disengage and the dual PTT button (three positions momentary switch, as on the real plane). The yokes themselves are reproduced in hard shore resin (80D), not glass fiber nor epoxy resines, that gives a weight really close to the OEM yoke. The elbow is machined in a 5 axis CNC machine, that gives a smooth and reliable part, columns made in aluminium, that, against the old versions, are changed in order to have a more accurate diameter and strenght.
The link system is also very reliable, because uses a system drove by chains and could be adjusted to have more or less pressure to return to the center.
The yokes turns up to 95 degrees on each sense (the real plane moves 105, not effective in all the movement, then 95 degrees is can be ebough). This movement could be adjusted as well, moving and tighteening the “stops”.
The chassis is made in steel and aluminium, the lateral parts aof the chassis are aluminium in 10mm thick, and the stringers are in steel 30x30x1.5 mm.
The link bar is, as on the real, made in tube of aluminium with the ame diameter as the columns, giving again a really stiff transmission.
