FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING No matter where you are located, we are offer you FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING despite your order quantity. Tracking service will be provided at no additional charge if your order is over US$20. Even your order is less than US$20, the tracking service is still available with an additional of US$3.00. Risk is on the customer side if they decide not to apply the tracking option. Contact us at email@example.com if you would like to have this additional service after you place your order. SEIZED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS If the parcel is getting Seized by your Local Customs, Cockpit phD ® will not be taken any responsible for it. We have NO Guarantee that the parcel will be arrived safely. You have to take your own risk for making the order for the prohibited items of your country. We follow our normal international shipping procedure unless you inform us otherwise. If the parcel is returned to us due to the destination custom issue, you will be responsible for all the corresponding shipping and redelivery charges. In case you would like to cancel the order at this point, the cancellation and handling charge of US$25 / Order will be applied. IMPORT TAX, CUSTOM FEE AND DUTY While we will take care all the taxes, custom fees and duties incurred at the origin, you will be responsible for the destination import taxes, custom fees and duties at the destination. Please check with your local governmental authorities if needed. WARRANTY All the Cockpit phD ® products carry a warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days after the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage which results from improper handling, abuse, accident, misuse, or use in other than normal situations. Surface markings / cosmetic imperfection as a result of handmade production / 3D printing supports, shipping, slight imperfections and minor variations from item to item are normal, are not defects, and do not need to be covered by this warranty. In addition, Cockpit phD ® shall not, in any event, be liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use such products. To return your product for service, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cockpit phD ® does not offer pick up or delivery service for warranty claims. RETURN POLICY The return policy applies to any purchase made through our authorized distributors. We offer a 30 Days Return Policy for factory defective items from the date of your purchase. We do not accept any non-defective return. Defectives can only be refunded in full unless the items are not in replaceable situation. You (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping costs under all circumstances. The returned item from you must meet the requirements stated below: · You are responsible for shipping charges when they are returning any of the merchandises. · Customized products are not returnable in any circumstances. · All returns, for any reason, must be packaged all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you. · Return and refund policy are not applied on discounted and sample items. HOW TO RETURN Before you return your items, you must our Customer Services and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by Cockpit phD ®. Please include the following information when returning an item: · The RMA number requested from our Customer Services. · A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box). REFUNDS Once we receive your returned item(s), a refund will be processed. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Customized products are not refundable and not exchangeable in any circumstances. Cockpit phD ® reserves the right of final decision on Returns and Refunds.
